I was so excited when I received an email from Allrecipes.com and the subject was “Favorite Winter Salad”, I thought this will be perfect for my winter post. I wrote out what I needed, did the shopping, and on Thursday did my thing. It wasn’t until then I noticed the real title of the salad is, Roquefort Pear Salad. So really it’s someone’s favorite salad that they eat in the winter…I get it now

And then the red one. It looks like a yummy salad. I try to eat at least one salad a day in the winter because fruits and veggies seem less of what I want to eat then. At first I thought the first shot was a face.
